Nadia Yousef

Nadia Yousef is the Country Manager for CISO Lens in New Zealand, where she plays a pivotal role in strengthening regional cyber resilience through governance and information sharing. She leads community collaboration, executive roundtables, and research initiatives, and was elected in 2024 to the FIRST Board of Directors, the global Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams.

Prior to joining CISO Lens in 2022, Nadia managed incident response at CERT NZ, leading a technical team that supported New Zealanders through cybersecurity challenges. As a spokesperson, she regularly briefed Ministers, engaged with media, and represented CERT NZ nationally and internationally. With over a decade of government experience and a Master’s in Politics and International Relations, Nadia brings deep expertise in incident coordination and strategic communications.
