Laura Ross

Laura Ross is Chief Information Security Officer at One NZ, with over 20 years’ experience in cybersecurity across telecommunications, government, and financial services. She specialises in cyber strategy, risk management, security assurance, and architecture design, with a strong focus on protecting Critical National Infrastructure. Laura has advised boards and executives, combining technical expertise with the ability to communicate security as a business enabler. A former Big 4 consultant, she is also a committed mentor and advocate for Women in Technology and the NZ Mana Wahine Network. Laura holds CISSP, CISM, CCSA, and an MSc in Information Security.
