Lakshya Mehra

Lakshya helps healthcare teams work smarter and safer, encouraging them to stop, think, and act to protect patients and the health system. He has worked in technology since 2014 and moved into healthcare in 2018, supporting clinicians and non-clinical staff with speech-to-text solutions like Dragon and Winscribe. After joining Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in 2021, he led cyber security training and awareness across the Northern Region. He then contributed to national initiatives, including the $117M National Cyber Security Uplift Programme, building sector capability, skills, and awareness.
