Eli Hirschauge

Eli Hirschauge heads ANZ NZ Information Security function and is part of both the ANZ Aotearoa technology leadership team and ANZ Group Cyber Security leadership team.

With over 30 years’ of industry experience, Eli held technology and security roles in several financial services in NZ and overseas.

Before joining ANZ, Eli was heavily involved with the successful digital transformation of Tower Insurance, chaired the University of Auckland School of Computer Science Industry Advisory Board and served on the New Zealand Claims Register Board. He holds an MBA from University of Auckland Business School and completed the university’s 2018 Strategic CIO programme. A frequent keynote speaker, Eli often shares insights on cybersecurity, digital transformation, and IT leadership.
