Duncan Hills is General Manager of Cyber Security at Fletcher Building, where he leads enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and resilience. With a career spanning senior roles in cyber, network operations, and compliance, he has driven major transformations across Fletcher Building’s digital infrastructure, from refreshing branch networks to consolidating call centre platforms. Previously, Duncan held leadership positions at Atos and Siemens IT Solutions, managing global network operations and compliance, and began his career supporting the BBC’s IT network and broadcast projects. Bringing over two decades of experience, he is recognised for aligning security, business priorities, and operational excellence.
