Zahid Arain is the General Manager, Technology Business Management for APAC at the TBM Council, with over 25 years’ experience leading IT finance and TBM capability across large, complex ASX-listed and multinational organisations. A senior TBM executive, Zahid has a strong track record of delivering measurable value through enterprise-wide change programs focused on cost transparency, optimisation, productivity and efficiency. He brings deep expertise in building TBM operating models, strengthening financial acuity, and enabling better commercial decision-making across IT and the wider enterprise. Zahid has hands-on knowledge of leading TBM platforms, including Apptio, and is recognised for embedding sustainable TBM practices in complex environments.
