Currently serving as Head of Operational Data Services at Westpac NZ, Wayne leads enterprise-wide data services within the Customer Analytics & Insights Leadership Team. A former Agile Coach and cultural transformation consultant, Wayne played a pivotal role in evolving Westpac’s ICT teams towards Agile ways of working—driving customer-centric value delivery and high-performing team cultures using data-informed strategies.
