He brings extensive international experience in energy and technology, having previously served as Head of Digital Strategy and Transformation at E.ON SE in Germany, where he oversaw global digital, workplace, and cultural transformation initiatives. Earlier, Tighe held leadership roles at IBM Interactive Experience across the Netherlands, UK, and US, directing consulting practices in digital strategy and customer experience. He is passionate about leveraging technology to accelerate sustainability and create a more resilient energy future.
