With over 20 years’ experience in digital, innovation, and technology leadership, he has delivered transformation across aviation, agriculture, sport, tourism, and media. Previously, Richard spearheaded digital transformation at Farmlands Co-op and New Zealand Rugby, building ecosystems that enhanced customer engagement, commercial value, and operational resilience. He has also held leadership roles at Tourism NZ, Fairfax/Stuff, and Fonterra. Passionate about Te Ao Māori and mentoring, Richard is committed to making the complex simple and building solutions that just work.
