With over 15 years’ experience spanning IT leadership, service delivery and operations, Lem is known for his pragmatic, people-focused approach to technology. He has a strong background in transforming IT functions to better enable business outcomes, most notably building and scaling global service delivery capabilities earlier in his career. Lem combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a sense of humour, helping teams and organisations perform at their best.
