Before joining Open Country Dairy, Amanda served as Head of ICT & Digital in the honey sector, where she led impactful technology initiatives within the food and beverage industry. She also held several senior roles in the electricity sector, progressing from ICT System Administrator to Head of IT (CIO). In these roles, she was instrumental in shaping IT governance and driving technology strategy across the energy and utilities landscape.

Amanda began her career as an IT Systems Administrator with the Royal New Zealand Air Force, building a solid technical foundation that has supported her progression into executive leadership.
