He works with councils, corporates, and energy providers where SOPs are out of date, process maps don’t reflect reality, and “continuous improvement” has quietly turned into document maintenance.

Sean’s focus is the next shift in process tooling - from passive documentation to active systems that observe work, adapt to change, and stay aligned without relying on heroics.
